FOXO4-DRI is a cell-penetrating peptide designed to disrupt the FOXO4–p53 interaction that protects senescent cells from apoptosis.
Used as a senolytic tool to selectively induce apoptosis of senescent cells in vitro and in vivo, thereby reducing senescent cell burden in aging tissues.
